2. Service Description

WALL-FIXX provides a digital platform where users can purchase virtual spaces to display content, engage with other users, and participate in metaverse experiences. Our services include the main wall grid, video discovery features, 3D metaverse environments, and social networking capabilities.

3. User Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited

4. Content Guidelines

Permitted Content

• Business promotions and marketing materials
• Artistic and creative expressions

Prohibited Content

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to WALL-FIXX. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.

7. Limitation of Liability

WALL-FIXX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, but your purchased spaces may remain visible according to our content retention policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rome, Italy.

10. Cookies

We use the personal data collected from the platform to provide the best support for the services offered by our system, such as promotions and updated communications. Through cookies and other device identifiers, we can offer a complete service. Important Note: Your data will never be shared with third parties. Your data will be managed internally to improve the quality of our services. Your data is protected by modern encryption systems.
